These Terms & Conditions govern the registration for MIT GSW 2026 (MIT Global Startup Workshop 2026).

1. Registration and Confirmation

Submission of this registration form and/or payment does not constitute immediate confirmation of participation.All registrations are subject to review by the organizing committee, and participation will be confirmed via email.

2. Event Details

MIT GSW 2026 will be held on March 26–27, 2026, at Kyungpook National University (KNU), Daegu, Korea.The program schedule and contents are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Registration Fee

The registration fee applies to participation in the event.Certain participants may be eligible for free registration, subject to verification by the organizers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy provided on this page.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by applicable law.

6. Governing Authority

This event is organized and administered by Kyungpook National University, which assumes responsibility for event operations and registration management. By submitting this registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

The organizing committee collects personal information for the purpose of event registration, participant management, payment processing,and delivery of event-related communications.

The information collected may include:

Full name

Date of birth

Organization or school affiliation

Contact information (email address and phone number)

Personal information will be used solely for the purposes stated aboveand will not be shared with third parties, except where required by lawor necessary for payment processing.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfillthe purposes of registration and legal obligations, and will be securely deleted thereafter.

This policy applies to MIT GSW 2026 registration fees.

100% refund: Cancellation requests received 7 days or more before the event start date

50% refund: Cancellation requests received 3–6 days before the event start date

No refund: Cancellation requests received 1–2 days before the event start date or in the case of no-shows

All refund requests must be submitted by email to: mitgsw2026@gmail.com

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
